**Main Duties**:
As the Order Processor, you'll play a crucial role in the supply chain function, managing high-volume orders, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.

**Duties will include**:

- Mastering the art of inbox organization and customer query distribution, ensuring no enquiry goes unanswered.
- Processing orders and ensuring their accuracy before release.
- Engage customers through outbound calls, clarifying queries and ensuring orders are precisely tailored to their needs.
- Take ownership of your order book, ensuring routine checks and keeping customers informed throughout the collection and processing journey.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in data entry or order processing is advantageous but not essential
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
