Position: Forklift Counterbalance Operator Location: [City, State] Shifts: Monday to Friday, two shifts available:

- 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Salary: £11.62 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a counterbalance forklift to efficiently load, unload, and transport goods within our large warehouse.
- Safely stack pallets and materials according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform regular equipment inspections, ensuring the forklift is in optimal working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate inventory records and organize the warehouse efficiently.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to create a secure work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Valid counterbalance forklift license is essential.
- Proven experience operating a forklift, preferably within a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, such as picking, packing, and inventory management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet productivity targets.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the designated shifts and occasional overtime when necessary.
