Caretaker

**We are currently recruiting for a part time Caretaker for an immediate start based in Perranporth.**

*Previous experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided*

**Pay rate**:

- £13.50p/hour

**Shift pattern**:

- Saturday & Sunday
- 10:30am - 8pm

**Duties will include**:

- Unlocking and securing toilet facilities at the beginning and end of each day
- Ensuring toilets are well-stocked with necessary supplies and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
- Regularly emptying waste bins to uphold cleanliness standards
- Performing tasks that require physical exertion, including lifting heavy objects
- Demonstrating the ability to work independently, taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently
- Keeping accurate records of inventory and maintenance activities
