**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Understand client business goals and strategic imperatives to help guide proposal-based activity
- Work with discipline leads to develop new content responding to specific RFP questions
- Coordinate with discipline leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver smart & savvy proposals and pitches with flawless execution
- Draft, proof, and edit customer-facing materials in MS Word, Excel, PPT, and/or InDesign
- Capture and re-purpose content from customer submissions for future endeavors
- Maintain a customer service mentality to customer deliverables and drive sales effectiveness within the business through quality content and consultative business value

**Education**:

- Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred

**Experience and Training**:

- Preferred three (3) years of relevant industry experience
- Possess expertise in technical writing or proposal writing, communications and technology
- Able to translate and communicate complex ideas quickly and clearly
- Problem-solve and move multiple, time-sensitive projects forward with little oversight
- Communicate and be accessible to a global sales team and collaborate with staff at all levels of the organization
- Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, entrepreneurial environment

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Proficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
- Proposal management software and SharePoint user experience a plus
