Security Guard - Full Time (includes Days, Nights and Weekends)

Job Summary

We are looking for an individual who is smart, well-groomed and confident, to provide a safe and secure environment for everyone to enjoy. An individual who is flexible and hard working as he will be expected to work with our maintenance team when requested.

Rota is four on four off including day and nights.

You should be

**Some of your responsibilities and duties**
- Deliver outstanding customer service and standards, with the ability to respond appropriately to the needs of all customers.
- To fully comply with and have a full understanding of the assignment instructions and Park Rules.
- To maintain a security presence at all times in order to create a safe and secure environment.
- Maintain effective records of all security activity with particular reference to investigation of incidents and accidents.
- To ensure that a professional and effective control of site entrances, monitoring visitors, and staff activity and proactively discourage on-site intruders.
- To carry out full and unbiased investigations providing detailed statements and reports suitable for use by third parties.
- To ensure that the park is patrolled on foot on a regular basis to monitor noise levels and subdue possible situations that are likely to cause disturbance.
- Have knowledge and understanding of the Park rules relating to owners and holiday guests.
- Maintain the gate security hut and surrounding areas to a high standard of cleanliness and appearance.
- Help out other departments with their duties, particularly outside the holiday season when required.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Must have excellent communication skills

Experience in the security industry or similar is desirable, but training can be provided.

SIA Licence is desirable.
