We are looking for an **Mechanical Supervisor **to work on data centre projects in Slough and London.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage the mechanical installation work on site.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required standard.
- Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure that the mechanical works are integrated with other trades on site.
- Monitor and review the performance of the mechanical installation team and provide feedback and coaching where necessary.
- Ensure that all equipment and materials are ordered and delivered to site on time and in accordance with the project schedule.
- Carry out all works in compliance with statutory regulations, current industry standards, company quality and health and safety assurance procedures, including ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Quality, Environmental and OH&S procedures.
- Directly manage the externally contracted and directly employed resources
- Drive the labour workforce on site to achieve the programme
- Ensure Health & Safety regulations are observed throughout.

**Qualifications**
- Experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in the building services industry.
- Health & Safety Qualification - SSSTS OR SMSTS
- Relevant mechanical qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Experience working on large-scale mechanical projects.

**Rate**:

- £250 - £280 Per Shift
