**Salary**: Dependant on experience - circa £25,000 per annum

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for experienced Student Experience Officers to provide a highly effective administration service that ensures all the key conditions are met to enable students to thrive and study legally, safely and successfully. You will work with the academicstaff to deliver on programme aims.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure all students receive a smooth, legally compliant and efficient induction and that all necessary welfare arrangements are in place to facilitate each student’s academic success.
- To deal professionally and promptly with student enquiries and requests for support and foster positive relationships with the student body.
- Ensure the processes and procedures for dealing with UKVI requirements are efficient and fully compliant.
- Lead on visa compliance issues as required
- To inform students of the relevant compliance procedures (e.g. police registration)
- To manage credit control, using the weekly debtor's list
- Verify assessment marks to ensure accuracy for assessment boards
- To oversee the collection, storage and dissemination of all relevant Student data to ensure it is done in as timely, securely and efficiently a manner as possible, including the requirement for any manual spreadsheets and master lists
- Update VLE as required
- To provide administration support to the centre as required
- Assist with exam administration tasks as necessary.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Undergraduate degree, or equivalent (Desirable)
- Experience working in an educational support role, or student administration (Essential)
- Conversant with Microsoft Office suite with intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to the deadline
- Accurate data entry skills and comfortable with working with spreadsheets and numerical data
- Good communication skills including written skills
- Able to work pro-actively and on my own initiative
