Our client is looking to recruit a passionate Graphic Designer to join the team based in the Hampshire countryside.

They are ideally looking for someone with experience working within an agency environment in a similar role.

Responsibilities include:

- Create digital & basic print assets, billboards, posters, banners
- Review and advise on client proposals regarding campaign management and strategy
- Strong knowledge and experience with using Adobe Photoshop
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualise visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Good communication and reporting skills, as well as the ability to work cohesively with their marketing, development and PR team
- Strong analytical skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and emerging trends
