We are looking for a **Display Site Sales Manager**, to jointly manage our display site based at The Greenhouse People, Van Hage Garden Centre, Great Amwell, Hertfordshire, SG12 9RP - one of our 35+ UK display sites.

**You will**:

- **sell** our full range of high quality **greenhouses and garden buildings** direct to customers
- use your passion for customer service to provide an exceptional customer experience to help customers purchase THEIR perfect building - yes, you really can help dreams come true
- take pride in the display site - ensure that the site and buildings are well maintained and look their best - there is a lot of glass to clean
- use IT systems with confidence
- have your own transport to be able to cover other sites as required - we're all about working together
- normally work a five day out of seven rota, involving every second weekend
- work with the other Display Site Sales Manager or on your own

**In return for being the face of The Greenhouse People you will receive**:

- the opportunity to **sell market leading products **and our recently launched SHEDFAST range of sheds
- comprehensive training to ensure you become a confident garden building expert

- **a full-time starting salary of £25 000, increasing to £26 825 **after 6 months, performance dependent
- **uncapped commission** - typically a minimum of £5 000 per annum
