Working as part of a collaborative and dynamic team you will have the opportunity to work closely with our vehicle suppliers and other business partners to improve your communication and Customer Care Skills.

**In this role you will -**:

- Liaise with Suppliers to maintain up-to-date and accurate progress status of all.
- Manage & effect all in-life/end-of-life vehicle movements to minimise customer down-time -and maximise speed of asset disposal.
- Be responsible for preparing, dispatching and managing timely return of all legal documentation covering new vehicle deliveries, contract extensions, mid-term contract amendments and company-to-company vehicle transfers.
- Arrange demonstrator vehicles on behalf of the Customer, collborating closely between dealer/manufacturer and the customer to minimise delay and avoid inconvenience.
- Co-ordinate the post-delivery invoice/V5/Certificate of Conformity/Hand-over documents to facilitate timely completion of all procedures.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Methodical and logical problem solving skills
- Lively with an ability to plan, communicate and organise effectively
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) capability beyond beginner level.
