Our client a leader in Environmental services is currently looking for a Finance Administrator based within their branch in Lochgilphead.

Within the UK the company employs 700 employees over 39 locations, in addition to this they also employ 8,000 employees over 250 locations in both Europe and North America.

The key purpose of this role will be to provide support to the Financial Controller, managing contract data archive whilst also being responsible for the day-to-day office administration.

**Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Bank & Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Preparation of VAT & LFT returns
- Assisting with end of month account and reporting
- Day to day administration of the office
- Raising Purchase Orders & manage stock (and ordering)
- Assist with budgets and forecasts
- Filing and other basic administrative duties

**Essential Experience, Qualifications or Education**:

- Relevant Finance or Accounts experience
- Familiar and comfortable using accounting software
- Solid knowledge of using MS Excel
- Time Management, managing workload and prioritizing
- Can display and maintain confidentiality
- Willing to learn, grow and develop with the team and the business group

This role initially is for approx. 2 - 3 months however for the right person a permanent contact may also be offered.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 0830 - 1630 (1 x 30 min unpaid lunch break).
