We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our team in Watford to assist our creative Management and Marketing departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- Provide ideas to centralised sales and marketing team for advertising/marketing tactics throughout the year

We will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with all types of customers, vendors, and colleagues. You’ll learn proper sales techniques, problem solving strategies and conflict management. Those skills will provide you with the opportunity to market to local business partners and build solid, long lasting relationships with key business decision makers.

**Salary**: £23,938.00-£27,188.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
