This post in the IT Service is perfect for you if you love technology and helping people to use it.

As a part of a close knit, supportive Infrastructure team, your primary role will be to manage the Service Desk and to configure and troubleshoot a variety of office and mobile IT. The post holder will be required to install and move IT equipment as necessary. We expect you to be a real team player but it will work both ways and there will plenty of opportunities to learn from your colleagues.

You will need to communicate well with users, suppliers and IT professionals from other disciplines, and have an understanding of the importance of customer service. This role sits in a team structure that offers future possibilities for career development.
