**About the Role and You**

**Contract type**:Full-time, permanent, term time only

**Working pattern**: 8:30am to 5:00pm

**Salary**: Up to £22,000 per annum

**Start date**: April 2024

As part of your role, your main responsibilities will include:
**Supporting Students**
- Inspiring students to take ownership of their learning.
- Providing feedback to students to help them achieve their full potential.
- Tailor resources for the individual needs of the students.
- Foster self-esteem and confidence.

**Supporting Teachers**
- Contributing to classroom administration.
- Proactively identifying the teacher's support needs.
- Providing regular feedback to the class teacher.

We are looking for someone who has:

- A teaching assistant qualification or the equivalent gained through experience.
- Further qualifications with regard to SEN (desirable).
- Exceptional teamworking skills.
- Knowledge of various special educational needs.
- Flexibility and a friendly, approachable manner.
