Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm/9.00am-5.30pm

**Salary**: £31,146 PA

My client is currently seeking a Data Assurance Officer to support a small Data Management Team within their Building Safety department. You will be required to assist with up-and-coming projects to help achieve deadlines.

My client is seeking someone with a Housing / Building Safety background. You will be required to support with the set-up of multiple compliance risk areas in our core compliance system (C365) working with stakeholders and our Business Information Analystto collate the data, upload and validate post completion.

Other tasks may include supporting with day-to-day data queries and cleansing of data. You will be required to work with initiative and confidently liaise with C365 support staff and other internal colleagues to achieve completion of these tasks quicklyand efficiently.

Support in the delivery of the company's framework for building safety and compliance data integrity and quality to ensure all the properties, risks, legal & policy requirements, monitoring data and work flows within our systems ensuring the end to end processingbetween internal systems, 3rd party systems is effective. Ensure our systems accurately reflect out legal requirements, compliance status and hold appropriate records and evidence. Support our transitional team and delivery teams to ensure all data, documentsetc are accurately recorded

- Good organisation and co-ordination skills
- Excellent communication skills, speaking to different departments/individuals around the world
- Proactive and motivated
- Attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a small team
- Experience of using C365 / Promaster is advantageous
- Knowledge of computerised Housing Management and Financial Accounting Systems and Asset Management / Compliance
