IT Developer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an **IT developer** preferably with Proclaim knowledge and experience to join a well-established Personal Injury firm based on the outskirts of Ellesmere port near Chester set in an idyllic business park
- As a Proclaim Developer_, you will be responsible for enhancing productivity and providing support to numerous Proclaim case management users within the company.

My client is looking for somebody who can hit the ground running, who is able to use their own initiate as well as work on their own and as part of a team.

**Daily responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement Proclaim changes and enhancements.
- Creating new screens
- Understanding of maths functions and tests
- Workflow maintenance - letters, forms, linked actions
- Maintenance of user profiles
- Analyse existing Proclaim code routines to determine what they do, any missing paths, gaps in workflow, opportunities for simplification and performance enhancement.
- Create new case types, database fields and correspondents
- Facilitate roll-out to relevant departments.
- Assist with setting up new starters and the daily management of the server/calls system.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven IT Development experience required
- Understanding of IT Development functions and processes
- Able to facilitate roll out to departments
- Knowledge and working experience of Proclaim is highly desirable
