Catering Assistants

Marshland High School (part of West Norfolk Academies Trust) are looking for a Catering Assistants to participate in the production of food for the days menu or with batch baking, maintaining quality standards. To participate in the care and the cleaning of the kitchen areas, dining room and equipment as required and comply with all food safety and Health & safety legislation relating to the catering industry.

To serve meals, operate payment tills, and to give attention to tables if necessary.
To talk to the pupils, staff & visitors as appropriate in order to guide their choice of menu items and increase awareness of foods.
To assist with the maintenance of quality standards within the catering department.

Two positions available

25 hours/week, 38 weeks/year 9.15am - 2.45pm Daily ( Exc 30 min break)

&
20 hours/week, 38 weeks/year 10.30am - 3.00pm Daily ( Exc 30 min break)

Start dates to be agreed, either ASAP or September 2023
