Due to the growth of the business we are looking for someone to join us in our Packing and Customer Service team.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Managing, picking and packing orders, adding any required promotional requirements, professionally finishing each parcel ready for dispatch to a very high standard to preserve and maintain our brand.
- Coordinating and processing the dispatch of orders for customers.
- Liaising with team members to ensure orders are picked accurately.
- Execute seasonal promotion with customers, ensuring all promotional materials are shipped on time.
- Assisting in operating the customer token request scheme.
- Potential broad ranging office administration work.
- Open to taking instruction and following specific processes
- Willing to help others and assist across other functions of the business where needed
- Comfortable in a relatively active role, often being on your feet
- Detail oriented
- Possess basic IT knowledge and be comfortable using computer systems as part of your role.
- A friendly team plater, willing to work in a relaxed and calm environment.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
