The SHEQ Administrator will report to the Group Head of SHEQ assisting in the administration of all aspects of Health, Safety & Accreditations within the Uniserve Group Sites. To be flexible in approach and in the duties, which are performed in order to ensure that urgent and important tasks are completed in line with the needs of the business.

This role will require the successful applicant to work across our Tilbury and Felixstowe locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Group SHEQ Team with administrative assistance and technical support in the reporting of health and safety data, and development of international standards.
- Assist with annual external ISO audits, including ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 as well as and other standards such as BRC & TAPA
- Support with the maintenance and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System across the group
- Assist with the internal legal compliance register and keeping up to date with new legislation and best practice within the industry.
- Assisting the Group SHEQ team with procedures for reporting, recording, investigating, and analyzing accidents and incidents.
- Providing information and documentation to assist with H&S and ISO audits, inspections, and monitoring activities to verify compliance with, and effectiveness of, company health and safety procedures
- Assisting the SHEQ manager with promoting awareness of health and safety matters through Safety initiatives, safety alerts, toolbox talks and briefings.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
You will have the following qualities and experience:

- Ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable working under own initiative to achieve set objectives
- IT literate
