Real Estate Videographer and Content Creator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Property Showcases**: Produce professional videos to showcase residential and commercial properties, highlighting key features, amenities, and neighborhood attractions.
- **Virtual Tours**: Create immersive virtual tours of properties using video footage and editing techniques to provide viewers with an interactive experience.
- **Aerial Footage**: Capture stunning aerial footage using drones to showcase properties and their surroundings from unique perspectives.
- **Interviews and Testimonials**: Conduct and film interviews with clients, agents, and industry professionals to gather testimonials and insights for marketing purposes.
- **Podcasts**: Produce, film, and edit podcasts featuring interviews, discussions, and insights related to the real estate industry and local market trends.
- **Social Media Content**: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, keeping up with current trends and formats.
- **Live Streaming**: Coordinate and film live streaming events and property tours to engage with our audience in real-time and generate excitement around our listings.
- **Editing and Post-Production**: Edit and enhance video footage using professional editing software to ensure high-quality, polished final products.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and organize video equipment, including cameras, drones, microphones, and lighting, ensuring they are in good working condition for shoots.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing teams, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver content that aligns with our brand and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in the real estate industry or related field.
- Proficiency in videography techniques, equipment operation, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience with drone operation and aerial videography (FAA Part 107 certification preferred).
- Strong creative vision and storytelling ability, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, with a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with audiences.
