**IT Engineer**
The growing technical solutions company based in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire has an ideal opportunity for an IT Engineer wanting to expand their knowledge and join a fantastic and growing team.
**The Role & Responsibilities**:

- Call answering and logging of support tickets.
- Processing and working on technical requests through to resolution or escalation.
- Technical project work.
- Performing office tasks such as checking and accepting deliveries.
- Performing administration tasks.
- Working with customers in identifying I.T. problems and advising on solutions.
- Logging and keeping records of customer queries.
- Visiting customer sites to install or troubleshoot and repair various systems.

- Have experience in this type of role or similar.

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 3 years’ experience working as an IT support field engineer.
- Must have worked in an IT role within the past 2 years.
- Must have experience supporting Windows based operating systems and Active Directory.
- Must have Microsoft 365 experience.
- Must have experience installing and supporting networking equipment and have a good understanding of different networking protocols.
- Full & clean UK driving licence and vehicle.
