**Day-to-day responsibilities of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant**:

- Writing job advertisements.
- LinkedIn sourcing.
- Headhunting.
- Attending virtual and in-person client meetings.
- Admin duties.
- Degree educated (preferred).
- Previous sales experience (preferred).
- Money-motivated mindset.
- Competitive nature.
- Confident and outgoing with good interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Target-driven.
