Job Title Operations Apprentice

Reporting to Operations Manager

Hours 37.5 hours per week (1 hour lunch)

Role Overview

To provide administrative support to the Operations team and wider Property teams.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Assisting with the maintenance of system records including:

- inputting new tenants into the system
- updating tenant details following lease events,
- exiting tenants following lease ends,
- inputting purchase orders for approval
- inputting approved purchase order budgets into the costing module,
- collating invoices for the end of year service charge reconciliation audit
- collating service charge reconciliation packs for distribution to the tenants following the year end audit

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Excel; Outlook; Word
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills

Training / Qualifications Provided

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard which includes:

- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- Via your ITEC tutor and on-the-job training, you'll get the opportunity to learn:
IT, record and document production, decision making, interpersonal skills,
communication, quality, planning and organisation, project management, relevant
regulation, policies and external environment factors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
