What makes this company stand out from the crowd is their global network. The in-house team consists of over 50 specialists across New York, London and Hong Kong, with expertise across all asset classes, public and private markets, active, passive and systematicstrategies.
The Global Systematic Markets team was founded over 5 years ago as a specialised team focused on the growing trends in automated trading. This team has expertise in systematic trading and portfolio management across the high and mid frequency trading market.The team has also been an active participant in digital asset executive search, who are instrumental in building the starting teams for multiple crypto trading firms and have consulted on over 15 projects, and placed more than 30 senior crypto traders, quantsstrategists and technologists in the space.
**The Role**:
As an **Executive Search Researcher** for the Market Leading, Global Digital Assets and Crypto Trading team, you will be based out of London working directly with the team in London, and remotely with the rest of the team in New York.
Your responsibilities will include:

- **Market Intelligence**: Sourcing information and intelligence on market participants and relevant industry trends/developments
- **Data Management/Research**: Accurately capturing and recording information gathered from both primary and secondary sources (online research, interviewing and telephone referencing) for internal database

**About You**:

- Educated to degree level
- Experience of working in a projectbased environment with tight deadlines, able to manage competing priorities in a goal orientated fashion
- You have an active interest in crypto, and an authentic interest in Digital Assets and Financial Markets
- You are a conscientious, driven individual with a high rate for comprehension and an excellent attitude to learning
- You are highly articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Additional languages such as fluency in Mandarin, Russian and/or French is advantageous
