**Rate of pay**: £11.75 - £12 dependant on experience
As a Production Welder, you will play a crucial role in our clients manufacturing process. You will be responsible for welding and fabricating various components to assemble their products, ensuring they meet quality standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail, technical expertise in welding techniques, and a strong commitment to safety and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welding, fabrication, and assembly of components
- Reading drawings
- Quality checking completed welds
- Collaborate with team members to optimise welding processes
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and regulations
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Production Welder or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in various welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing welding operations
- Understanding of safety procedures and practices in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

**Education and Certification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant welding certifications (e.g., City & Guilds Welding Certificate) are preferred but not essential
