**What you’ll do**:

- Create and analize daily production data and information to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate and collect route case issues for productivity loss from the team leaders and manufacturing cells, and propose improvements.
- Work closely with Production Leader and the wider production team to achieve daily, and monthly outcomes based on company goals.
- Support the daily production meeting, engage with cross functional teams, support cross functional collaboration.
- Record daily escalation from the daily production meeting and follow up actions and functions.
- Create monthly reports to management on key production metrics, and make suggestions for improvement.
- Support shop floor continous improvement activities, learn lean principles and EATON continous improvment framework.
- Other activities related to production management requested by the Production leader not listed above.

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering degree
