We are currently seeking 2x Technical Support Engineers, on behalf of our client, working out of one of their offices in Surrey and Hampshire.
**Responsibilities**:

- Join on call rota, following training on products
- Documentation support
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Hardware Support
- Software Scripting
- Network Support
- Test and verify new technology
- Implement third party intergration
- Provide support to companies field engineers
- Timely resolution of issues
- Prioritise issues & problems, seeking timely closure

**Desired Experiences**:

- Application Testing
- ITIL Foundation
- Linux - scripting, command line usage
- Networking - Understanding of networking, components and configuration
- Understanding of database including SQL
