**The Role**

In the role of Senior Advisor, Revenue Optimiser you will be focusing on optimising revenue on existing bookings within 90 days prior to sailing.

This includes:

- Overseeing the day to day processes associated with the company’s internal and 3rd party paid cabin upgrade program and implementing upgrades across all international markets.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Revenue Management Teams to ensure decisions are made using the tools available, within the rules, pricing scope and policies defined by the business
- Working closely with Revenue colleagues to ensure upgrades are processed in line with cruise selling performance to achieve maximum revenue
- Work with Senior Advisors to maximise revenue and cabin inventory utilisation during tactical pricing period

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK11 and is offered on a full time permanent with at least two days based in our Southampton office.

- Strong communication skills using all key functionality within O365
- Previous experience working within the cruise & travel industry
- Strong commercial acumen
- Basic Excel functionality
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Basic understanding of Polar booking system (or similar)
