Job Title: Tig Welder Nights
Location: Alcester B49
Hours: Mon to Thu: 16:30 to 02:30am
Pay rate: £18.56 per hour
Contract type: Permanent
A leading engineering company based in Alcester are looking for a TIG Welder to join their welding team on night shift. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to further their welding career, and learn new welding techniques in a well-established, thriving, and supportive workplace.

The requirements for a TIG Welder will be:
" Minimum of 2 years' experience in TIG welding (previous coding an advantage)
" Welding various thickness ranging from 0.4mm - 2mm
" Working from engineering drawings
" Knowledge of TIG welding and ability to work to strict daily manufacturing targets
" Welding Aluminium and/or stainless, mild steel
" Working on your own predominantly, upholding high standards of quality
" Working in line with our Quality standards

" Excellent attention to detail
" Must be able to produce work with mínimal flaws
" Understands the importance of quality
" Courteous and professional
" Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
" Worked within an Aerospace/Automotive manufacturing environment
" Be able to create and control (to the correct version) manufacturing documentation such as set-up packs, stage drawings, work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), etc
