**You will be**:

- Responsible for increasing new business levels
- Conducting viewings and inspections
- Conducting Move-in's and Move Out's to include deposit disputes
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with landlords
- Have excellent communication & negotiation skills with a strong customer focus
- Be professional, positive and have an enthusiastic approach

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
