**About Our Client**:
Our client is a renowned educational institution based in Manchester, recognised for its significant contributions to research and academia. With a large and diverse workforce, the institution takes pride in fostering a supportive and enriching environment for its employees.
- To assist the delivery of funders' reporting activities.
- To generate bespoke correspondence, record replies and maintain accurate records as required.
- To assist with providing advice and guidance to supervisors and Postgraduate Researchers on appropriate use of project costs / RTSG accounts.
- To act as the first point of contact for Postgraduate Research operations at the Doctoral Academy front desk.
- To assist with the operational duties, required for event management
- To assist with specific tasks, as and when required

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Administrator should have:

- Excellent secretarial and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**What's on Offer**:

- An estimated hourly wage between £13.00 - £15.00 per hour.
- 35 hours per week.
- Based full-time on-site in Manchester City Centre.
