**The role**

This West End firm is seeking to hire a Construction Partner to join its growing and vibrant office.

You will work as part of the wider corporate commercial department. The firm has a specialist department of three dealing solely with Intellectual Property matters. Due to an increase in workflow the firm is seeking to grow this department further with the hire of a new IP Partner.

You will work with the partners to drive the departments forwards, whilst also mentoring and developing junior lawyers.

You will deal with a broad IP caseload, across a number of sectors, which will include; Advising on trademarks, design rights, patents, IP licensing, brand protection strategies and brand portfolio management.

**Requirements**:

- You will be an Intellectual Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
- You will have first-class client skills
- You will be a team player
- Good business development and networking experience is essential
- Package is negotiable and competitive depending on your background
