**The Opportunity**

You will be expected to:

- Undertake condition assessments and surveys of facade construction on a range on existing building facades.
- Lead inspections on buildings and potentially other structures including liaison with sub-contractors, access and rope access contractors, and the planning and organising of inspections.
- Create reports for clients summarising façade engineering issues and strategically advise on best outcomes taking into account the total context in which the client operates.
- Review different potential inspection methods and develop an appropriate inspection methodology. You will be sought out to advise on inspection strategies including the integration of latest digital, remote and drone technologies.

**Is this role right for you?**

We're looking for:

- A relevant qualification in building technology, design, engineering or architecture potentially related to facades / building envelopes. Alternatively, you may be an experienced surveyor
- Experience in the inspection and diagnosis of facade construction and potential issues
