Sewing Machinist

**Role**:Sewing Machinist

**Location**:Bolton

**Pay**: £10.42 - £14.00 depending on experience

**Hours**: Monday - Thursday 7am - 5.30pm

XCL Group are currently working a well-known manufacturing business in Bolton. Due to an increase in workload, our client is looking for a Sewing Machinist who is confident with using a Flat Bed machine to help them create high quality products for their customers.

This role is ideal for an individual who is looking for a long term role with the client, who has a few years experience in a similar position.

**The main duties of the Sewing Machinist role will be, but not limited to**:

- Work well both independently and as a team to produce high quality products that meet specifications.
- Using machinery to sew different fabrics through.
- Feed material through machine.
- Quality inspect all products.
- Follow instructions to ensure everything is to spec.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at ALL times.

**Preferred Skills/ Experience**:

- You must have experience as a Sewing Machinist.
- You must have quality checking experience.
- Be able to follow detailed instructions.
- Be able to hit targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
