Receptionist required

Receptionists are the first point of contact within the practice both in person and on the phone so it is imperative that you fit the criteria for our friendly and often busy surgery. You must be polite and conscientious, have excellent telephone/communication skills, proactive, forward thinking, adaptable, reliable, organised and be a team player as well as being able to work on your own initiative.

You must be highly motivated and strive to deliver the best quality care to our patients and willing to go that extra mile.

Hours will be a maximum 34.75 hours per week Monday-Thursday including one late night each week (Wednesdays until 8pm)

Fully computerised - R4 system. Training will be given.

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our Receptionist as safe as possible, we have installed clear plastic barriers, provide masks, gloves and hand sanitiser, we also have a locked door policy access only by appointment after patients have been Covid screened.
