Bartender/waitress

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Your role will also involve maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
- Adhere to recipes and ensure consistency in drink preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer behavior and alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication or any issues that may arise
- Comply with all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink mixing techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure

Pay: £11.44-£11.96 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 48 per week
