Shop Supervisor

**SHOP SUPERVISOR ,**

**Duties & Responsibilities ;**
- To maintain stock replenishment and ticketing standards to the highest level.
- Lead the store when the owner is not available.
- To be responsible for the smooth running of the front of the shop.
- Processing cash, card, and online payments
- To ensure effective stock management and stock control processes are carried out.
- Ensures store shelves are fully stacked, including rearranging shelves, setting up displays and cleaning the store and products.
- Ensuring store displays are attractive and neat.
- Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties.
- Ensuring promotions are precise and adhere to the business & standards.
- Take payments from the customers and pack goods.
- Recruit and Train new staff and conduct induction.
- Open and close the shop as and when required.
- Pack goods and take payments from customers.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Sets priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently.

**Salary £ 28, 000 Per Annum**

**Skills/Experiences/Qualifications ;**
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on flexible shifts including early morning, late evening and weekend.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of stocked merchandise
- A confident, resourceful, and creative individual who can operate in a challenging environment.
- Flexible to work on various shifts, including early morning, night and weekend.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
