**Raynes Park**

The Lighthouse Children's Home provides care for children with autism and learning disabilities and is based in Raynes Park. This is an excellent opportunity to work flexible hours and to gain experience of working with children and young people with special needs in a caring environment.

**Responsibilities: Support Worker**
- Ensure the highest standards of care in relation to the children's physical, behavioural and emotional needs
- Provide personal care to young people
- Provide high quality, consistent care to young people

**Requirements: Support Worker**
- 1 years+ experience working with learning disabilities
- Experience working as night staff
- Experience working in residential care
- Ability to interact with a range of children/young people
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People/Residential Childcare is preferable
- Good written and spoken English

**Salary**: £11.50 to £12.05 / per hour
