Potato Prep

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Potato Prep. As a Potato Prep, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of potatoes for various dishes in our restaurant. This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to gain experience in the culinary industry.

**Duties**:

- Wash, peel, and cut potatoes according to established standards
- Measure and portion ingredients accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of potatoes
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with general kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food preparation or meal preparation is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is desirable

Pay: £6.70-£11.44 per hour
