Sales Progressor

Northwood Cardiff are looking for a driven and hard-working Sales Progressor to join our office in Rhiwbina Village, Cardiff. This is an opportunity to join a Sales team within the local office of an established Estate Agency and Lettings Business.

You must be a strong and resilient character who is a confident communicator with the ability to resolve issues effectively within a timely manner, whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer service. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, proactive and willing to work both alone and as part of our Sales team. You will have an outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate planning and organisational experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Issue Memorandums of Sales
- Obtain ID, proof of address and proof of funds from clients
- Liaising with and updating clients on the progress of the sale
- Liaising with solicitors
- Ensure all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other agents
- Answer all incoming communications (internal and external)
- Deal with customer enquiries effectively
- Ensure focus on own development
- Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations

This is a full time role that will include working on Saturdays on a rota basis

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year depending on experience and commission pay
