We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our KBOP Kirklees team. As an Employment Coach you will work with colleagues, partner agencies and customers, helping participants achieve employment objectives in a positive and co-productive way.

**The role involves hybrid working, including offering telephone support from home as well as meeting customers at our Dewsbury office, in the community, and in their homes hence the post holder will need to have the ability to travel across the whole of Kirklees with effective use of time.**
