**Job overview**:
We are looking to recruit an Occupational Therapy Support Worker in our Adult Community Mental Health Team in North Cornwall, based in Bodmin. We welcome applicants with a range of experiences and transferable skills that would enhance the health and well-being of our service users in the broadest sense.

You will have excellent communication skills and be focused on delivering patient-centred care, working with the individual to explore their strengths and the things they can do to increase their well-being and quality of life.

We are looking for someone with the ability to work creatively, to build a strong rapport with people, and who is passionate to utilise meaningful activity to improve recovery outcomes for people with severe and enduring mental illness.

You will be a highly valued member of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team. Under the supervision of the Occupational Therapists, you will implement specific 1:1 interventions and deliver therapeutic groups to aid mental health recovery.

This post is static and full time working 37.5 hours per week.
