Automotive Trainer

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver high-quality training to Hippo trainees and apprentices
- Monitor learner’s progress and ensure training plans are completed effectively
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a high standard of training is provided
- Provide both classroom and practical-based training
- Supporting learners on their development journey
- Form relationships with local schools and apprentice providers to promote Hippo and our Training Academy
- Assist with developing internal training resources
- Enable improved performance and productivity of our departments

Skills & Expertise
- Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (Essential)
- Proven experience as a light vehicle technician
- Experience /knowledge of Vehicle Body shop(preferred)
- Existing teaching and/or Coaching experience, and qualification (preferred)
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to motivate and drive a team
- Highly competent written English skills and ability to effectively create/complete training material
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
- Self Driven and the ability to work on own your initiative with mínimal supervision
- Full and valid UK driving licence
