About the role Join our dynamic team in Manx Care and take the lead in transforming ambulatory care on the Isle of Man As the Lead Advanced Clinical Practitioner (LACP), you'll play a crucial role in shaping and managing our Noble’s and Ramsey Minor Injuries and Illness Units, Manx Emergency Doctor Service, and Ambulatory Assessment and Treatment Unit. Your commitment will drive the operational success of these services, ensuring patients receive excellent care while steering clear of unnecessary hospital admissions. Take charge of the day-to-day operations, lead a talented team, and spearhead innovative service development.

Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month. This role also qualifies for a recruitment incentive of £3,000, payable in the 1st, 13th, and 25th months of employment.
