**Hours**: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Please note, that you will receive a day off in lieu during the week for working Saturday.

The role of **Sales Negotiator** is exciting and rewarding

**D**uties will include**:

- You will be involved in qualifying prospective buyers, identifying their property needs and matching them to suitable properties.
- You will be responsible for conducting viewing appointments with prospective buyers.
- Negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers’ right through to sales conclusion and to handing the keys to the buyer for move in.
- The highest levels of customer service must be delivered at all times, and you will also be expected to generate business referrals to other divisions of The Acorn Group.

**Skills required**:

- At least six months to one years experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business.
- Excellent sales ability.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- The ability to negotiate.
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
- Be responsive to change.
