An Apprentice Business Administrator is wanted for local and trustworthy legal partners.

We provide excellent solicitors or reliable conveyancing services, we're dedicated to putting our clients first. You will be required to follow this ethos and provide seamless customer service and administration assistance to our clients and the team.

Good IT skills and a can do attitude as well as an interest in Law are required in order to succeed in this fantastic opportunity.

**Job Duties**

Responsibilities of the Apprentice:

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from the senior manager
- Data input
- Filing
- Scanning
- Record keeping
- General office assistance

**Apprenticeship Details**

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited **Level 3 Business Administration qualification.**
