We are seeking a skilled Joiner / Maintenance person to join our team. We maintain and service a number of commercial buildings in Belfast. At ROC contracts you will be responsible to works on Project & Maintenance works mainly throughout Belfast but may also be at different Projects throughout Northern Ireland.

Essential Criteria
- Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate with Clients in a professional manner.
- Manage workload and use initiative on a range of planned and reactive calls.
- Carry out other tasks as and when required i.e. Painting, Power Washing etc
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Valid CSR Card
- Transport will be provided.

Desirable:
First Aid Course, Asbestos awareness, Plant / Machinery cards. Other trade skills and experience

Pay: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
