Head of Trading

**The Role**

SF Executive are working with a rapidly growing, PE backed, retail organisation based in South Wales in search for a Head of Trading to aid their continuous growth.

Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Trading will manage and deliver the sales and contribution forecast across all retail channels, measuring performance against forecast, identifying opportunities to exceed targets, and developing corrective strategies where appropriate.

You will manage a team of eCommerce traders who work across several international retail markets in both D2C and Marketplace, and your day-to-day focus will be on delivering on the e-commerce trading plan with a relentless focus on tactical commercial trading.

**The Person**

Key Requirements:

- Demonstrable track record of creating and owning the overall trading strategy and approach
- Background of working within a retail / e-commerce / merchandiser trading environment
- Amazon marketplace experience
- Strong analytical skills to support data-led decision-making
- Structured, organised and good at managing multiple channels, projects and people
- Problem solver - finds solutions when things are off plan to get back on track
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build key relationships with stakeholders at all levels (both internally and externally) and influence change
