Assistant Brewer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an assistant Brewer to join our team. The Brewer will be responsible for brewing, fermenting, and packaging beer while maintaining quality and safety standards alongside the head brewer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate brewing equipment to produce beer according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor fermentation process and make necessary adjustments
- Clean and sanitize brewing equipment and work area
- Perform quality control checks throughout the brewing process
- Assist in packaging finished beer into kegs
- Maintain accurate production records

**Requirements**:
Experience is preferred but not required as training will be given but an enthusiasm for the industry is a must

Salary is to be discussed at interview depending on experience
