To manage the order handling end to end process (order to invoice) for assigned customers, updating SAP system accordingly and disseminating information to relevant parties.

- Answering queries and bringing exceptions to the relevant person’s notice as required.
- Action all shipping advices for deliveries swiftly and accurately.
- Update all bookings provided by Forwarder onto the Shipping paperwork and confirm that our customers have received their shipments on time.
- Updating cancellations and amendments. Adding booking details and shipment information.
- Raising and distributing the sales invoices for FOB, CIF & DDP customers. Ensure all shipping documentation and sales invoices are filed appropriately.
- Assisting Sales Teams with general queries regarding shipments, orders, bookings and other ad hoc enquiries.
- Proactively look for opportunities to enable a greater customer experience by proactively managing customer relationships and expectations efficiently.
- Challenge the existing processes, recommending improvements, and implementing innovative improvements of operations processes, SAP system and tools that accelerate business impact.
- Follow up the projects implementation and lead the meetings with SAP team for tickets resolution.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and the company as required.
- Perform other similar duties when requested by the Sales Support Manager or other managers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
